Wasn't an easy job but done very well and installers left everything clean. A great job all round and would have no hesitation recommending AM Boss Access Ladder

    Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This company is an absolute gem. The level of customer service and “care factor” is off the chart. We bought a home that had one of their existing ladders. It must have been 20+ years old and was not closing properly. I called them and after speaking with Robyn for 10 minutes, I wanted to go work for them. Her enthusiasm and pride in her products were extraordinary. Anyway, Graham and Ben came out, they were also beautiful, and effortlessly replaced the springs and arms - at no charge. If there was an Olympic gold for customer service, they would win it. Australian made products, with this level of quality and customer care, are indeed as rare as gems.

It has been a wonderful addition to my Victorian Terrace house, creating a huge storage area in the roof. It is strong, durable and well designed.
